Terms and Conditions Policy

. Definitions

·       “We/Us/Our” refers to Memories 4R Kidz and its division Memory Tech Studios, collectively operating under these Terms and Conditions.

·       “You/Your” refers to the customer named on the Invoice or any person acting on the customer’s behalf.

·       “Equipment” includes all items hired from us, including but not limited to inflatables, trampolines, carnival games, VR gaming zones, 360° photo booths, IoT games, and other tech-based rentals. 

2.  Special Conditions

·       It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable government regulations, including health and safety directives (e.g., COVID-19). Fines or penalties arising from non-compliance are solely your responsibility.

·       We adhere to strict sanitization protocols for all Equipment. Our team follows government- mandated safety practices, including wearing masks and gloves upon request.

3.  Hire Period

·       The hire period begins at the time of delivery to your specified location or scheduled collection from our premises.

·       Late returns will incur additional charges. For 24-hour hires, failure to return Equipment on time will result in extended hire fees. 

4.  Hire Charges

·       You agree to pay the hire charges as detailed on the Quotation/Invoice.

·       Delayed returns impacting subsequent bookings will incur charges equivalent to the lost booking’s value, in addition to extended hire fees.

·       Crew-based services extended beyond the agreed time will be charged at INR 1000 per hour (or part thereof).

5.  Refundable Bond

·       A Refundable Bond may be applied to any booking, as specified on the Invoice.

·       The Bond will be refunded within three days of the Equipment being returned in clean, undamaged, and working condition.

·       If the Bond is insufficient to cover cleaning, repair, or replacement costs, you agree to pay the remaining balance, which will be charged to your original payment method.

6.  Deposit / Booking Confirmation

·       Full payment is required for bookings under INR 10,000 or for events occurring within 10 days.

·       For advance bookings, a 50% deposit is required to confirm. The balance must be paid three days prior to the event.

·       You authorize us to charge the balance to your original payment method unless an alternative arrangement is made.

7.  Cancellation & Amendments 

·       Amendments are permitted only up to three days before the event.

·       Cancellations:

o   More than 7 days prior: Full refund (less payment gateway fees).

o   Within 7 days: 50% of the booking value.

o   Within 3 days: 100% of the booking value.

·       Cancellations due to sickness, weather, or other reasons are non-negotiable.

·       Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least one day in advance.

·       Technical failures will be addressed with substitutions where possible. Liability is limited to a refund of applicable hire charges.

8.  Payments & Refunds

·       Payments must be made in INR via cash, bank transfer, or online payment links. No cash payments are accepted on the day of the event.

·       Refundable Bonds and cancellation refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

·       No refunds are provided for unused Equipment unless it is faulty or unfit for purpose.

9.  Delivery & Pick-up

·       Deliveries to hotels, commercial locations, or areas outside Goa may incur a surcharge.

·       Rescheduling delivery/pick-up due to your unavailability will incur a INR 1,000 fee. 

10.  Customer Responsibilities

·       Inspect Equipment upon delivery/collection and report issues immediately.

·       Supervise children using the Equipment at all times.

·       Use and dismantle Equipment according to provided instructions.

·       Indemnify us against loss, theft, or damage to the Equipment during the hire period.

11.  Damage to Property/Person

·       You are liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the Equipment.

·       Repairs will be billed cost-effectively. Theft or irreparable damage will require payment of the Equipment’s replacement value.

·       Missing parts will be charged at the cost of replacement.

·       An administration fee (minimum INR 5000 will apply for damage/shortage claims.

12.  Memory Tech Studios Specific Terms

·       Tech Equipment (e.g., VR, 360° Booths, IoT Games):

o   Requires a stable power source and Wi-Fi (if applicable).

o   Must be operated in a dry, shaded area to prevent technical malfunctions.

o   Any damage due to misuse, exposure to liquids, or unauthorized repairs will void warranties and incur full replacement costs.

·       Software & Content:

o   Pre-loaded software and content are licensed for use during the hire period only.

o   Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

13.  Privacy & Website Terms

Our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use (available at www.memories4rkidz.com ) form part of these Terms and Conditions.

14.  Variation

·       We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Changes will be communicated via email or our website.
