1. Our Products & Who They're For
We have fun for everyone! Our range is carefully categorized:
• Soft Play Areas: Perfect for toddlers (0-3 years).
• Bouncy Castles & Inflatables: Suitable for children, teenagers, and even adults. Please check each product’s description for specific age and weight limits.
• VR Gaming Zones: Ideal for ages 6 and up. Games are selected for age-appropriateness.
• Interactive & IoT Games: Great for all ages, from kids to competitive adults.
• Photo Booths (360°, AI, iPad): Fun for guests of all ages!
• Mini Golf & Lawn Games: Recommended for ages 6 through adult.
2. Booking & Payment
• Booking: You can book via phone, WhatsApp, or our website.
• Deposit: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due in CASH on the day of delivery, before setup.
• Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received.
We understand plans change!
• More than 7 days before the event: Full refund of your deposit.
• Within 7 days of the event: 50% of the total booking value is charged.
• Within 72 hours of the event: 100% of the total booking value is charged.
• Bad Weather (Rain/Wind): If it’s unsafe to operate, you can reschedule to a future date based on availability. Your deposit will be transferred.

3. Delivery, Setup & Requirements
Yes! We provide full delivery, professional setup, and pickup for all our rentals within Goa. This ensures everything is safe and ready for fun.
This is crucial for a smooth event:
• Inflatables (Bouncy Castles):
o Surface: Ideally on flat grass. Setup on concrete/tarmac is possible but must be approved in advance.
o Space: Please ensure a clear, flat area free of sharp objects, dog mess, and overhead branches. The required dimensions are listed on each product page.
o Access: We need clear, unobstructed access (at least 3 feet wide) to the setup site. • Memory Tech Studios (VR, Photo Booths, Tech Games):
o Power: Requires a standard 240V power socket nearby. o Space: A flat, level area is essential. § VR Zones: Need a clear 8×8 ft area per player. § 360 Photo Booth: Requires an 8×8 ft area for rotation.
o Environment: All tech equipment must be under a shaded, dry cover and protected from wind and rain. • Mini Golf:
o Space: A 9-hole course requires approx. 1000-1800 sq. ft. We can be flexible and set up “pub-crawl” style in smaller or segmented areas.
To avoid disappointment and extra charges, please measure your space carefully. If the equipment cannot be set up due to insufficient or unprepared space, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
For verification, please have a photo ID (Driving License/Passport) ready upon delivery.
4. Safety & Responsibilities
Your role is key to a safe and successful event:
• Supervision: You must provide constant adult supervision for all equipment.
• Safety Rules: Enforce all safety rules we provide (e.g., no shoes in inflatables, no food near tech equipment).
• Secure Payment: Have the final balance payment ready in CASH for our team.
• Preparation: Ensure the area is clean, clear, and accessible before we arrive.
You are responsible for the equipment during the hire period.
• Damage: Malicious or negligent damage will incur repair or replacement costs.
• Cleaning: Equipment must be returned in a clean state. A cleaning fee of ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 will be charged for excessively dirty items.
While we maintain our equipment to the highest safety standards, it is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure all users are supervised and our safety rules are followed. We carry insurance for our operations, but liability during use falls to the hirer.
5. Tech Rentals (Memory Tech Studios)
It’s easy! Guests step on the platform, strike a pose, and the booth spins around them, creating an epic slow-motion video. Videos are instantly shared via a QR code.
Just provide the space and power! We bring everything else: the headsets, sensors, games, and a professional attendant to manage the setup.
Yes, but only in a fully shaded and dry area. Equipment must be protected from direct sun, rain, and dust to prevent damage. A covered patio or a marquee is ideal.
